 It is the most advanced pressing and shearing
system for steel scrap processing. The Vezzani
patented 30 degree inclined feed innovation allows a
continuous processing of scrap by gravity and gradual
compressions. These gradual
compressions funnel the scrap into the compression block
where the scrap is reduced to the necessary shearing
width. Inclined
feeding permits the use of low value scrap (bulky, dirty
and large pieces) to obtain at the end of the process
denser and cleaner scrap, The inclined
chute forces the inert rnaterial to separate and slide
out of the bottom of the shear.The quality
and density of steel scrap is increased by about 50% in
comparison with that obtained from traditional horizontal
feed pre-compression shears.The Vezzani
gradual compression shear thus adds real value to scrap. |
